I would like to change the amount of my support, what should I do?

For technical reasons, you can only change the amount of your support by cancelling your previous one, and starting a new one. To cancel, email us at tamogatas@direkt36.hu. Then initiate a new support on this page.

My bank card has expired, how can I continue to support you?

Simply start a new support on this page! During the process, enter the email address to which you currently receive our insider newsletters. This way our database will automatically identify you, and your membership will be continuous.

How can I cancel my membership?

Write an email to tamogatas@direkt36.hu, and we will cancel your Paypal or Stripe support for you. In case of bank transfer, you can cancel the payment yourself.
